Happy 2010!

Happy New Year, dear friends!

Here we are another year older, a few pounds heavier and a whole lot richer... in friendships. Christmas was a blurrrrrr, as it whizzed by... can't believe it's already time to take down the tree and put the storage bins back into the garage for another year. Wow!

As for Lilee's update, she is a very (VERY) vivacious 2 year old who amazes us daily with Lilee-isms that we've coined "Lilish". Among many things, she loves to say:

Daddy is the best! Baby Jesus Born

Oh-pishaaaaahh! What'cha doin' Mommy?

Aye-chi-wah-wah

So much fun! What a joy it is to watch her develop and change right in front of us, especially when it comes to caring for her little brother. She is ever ready to assist me in anything Lincoln needs, especially in entertaining him. What fun to see them interact. Lincoln in infatuated with his sister!

Lilee has a heart check up this month and I will post ASAP. We did have somewhat of a scare this week when she had a 104.6 fever and her heart was racing. Couldn't help but get anxious... called her cardiologist (Dr. Juris) and he said it was normal for little hearts to race with a fever. So, fever is broken and we're now working out the last bit of her cold... ick. Sorry for all of you who have had a cold recently... YIKES, it's awful!
